Pure palladium is deposited from weakly alkaline electrolytes – and in turn, decorative high-gloss palladium layers can be deposited from them.

It’s suitable for thin layers of up to 0.5 µm, as a diffusion barrier or as flash palladium in many industrial areas (jewelry, automotive and as a substitute for gold in electronic engineering).
